Anxiety Attacks
What are they and why do they happen?
Anxiety attacks are NOT fear… let us explain.
Anxiety attacks are the most extreme experiences within an anxiety condition.
Anxiety attacks happen when the level of adrenalin in the blood reaches a point at which the mind responds by activating the ‘attack’.
Anxiety attacks are activated by the brain to serve two key purposes:
To remove adrenalin from the bloodstream
To switch off the symptoms and sensations of anxiety (fear) when fear is not required
You see, fear is only necessary when there is something present that could, in some way, present as a threat; a tiger, an attacker etc.
When fear is activated in the absence of such a real threat, the fear is said to be ‘disordered’ - disordered fear is called anxiety.
Anxiety attacks happen to manage adrenalin levels and sufferers can experience a wide range of physiological and psychological anxiety attack symptoms such as those listed below.
So, anxiety attack are necessary. But, they are only necessary if you have an anxiety condition.
In order to stop anxiety attacks from happening, you must remove the underlying anxiety condition.
Please understand this because it is vital to your recovery…
Medication, relaxation, meditation, tapping, deep breathing or any other such activity will not remove anxiety but will almost definitely make it far, far worse.
You see the part of your brain responsible for activating anxiety will be negatively affected by doing things that create relaxation or focus you on your condition in any way.
This is the only reason that nothing you have tried has cured you. None of those things is scientific. They’re all just trying to distract or sedate you.
Anxiety attack symptoms commonly manifest as physical symptoms such as:
Muscle pain
Shaking
Sweating
Dizziness
Chest pain
Palpitations
Blurred vision or dreaminess
Feeling faint
Wobbly legs
Urgency to go to the toilet
Digestive upset including nausea, bloating, indigestion, IBS, diarrhoea etc.
A lump or tightness in the throat and difficulty swallowing
Smothering sensations or shortness of breath
Pins and needles or numbness
and more
Psychological anxiety attack symptoms may include:
Confusion
Derealization
Morbid thoughts
Depressive thoughts
Phobias
Obsessions
Overthinking
Intrusive/weird thoughts (Religion, sexuality, gender, relationships, harming people, doing sexually inapprorpiate things etc.)
Thoughts about self/harm or suicide
Social anxiety
and more
No matter how many anxiety attack symptoms manifest in a sufferer, they are not in any way harmful or indicative of mental illness, they are simply disordered manifestations of fear.
The only solution to your anxiety attacks is to remove the disorder that activates them.
Speed of recovery from anxiety attacks is not reliant on low level suffering, but only on three factors:
Understanding the true science of their condition
Learning how to erase the disorder completely
Doing it!

SO HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
The first thing to say is that we won’t provide coping strategies… we will only provide clear instructions that quickly lead you to full and permanent relief.
In 1997 we provided our first incarnation of our recovery programs.
Since 1997, we have endeavoured to continue to develop and deliver truly life-changing provisions. Our programs delivery true recovery of that there is no doubt.
Our research and development programs are constant and we have developed a unique capacity for change; for development of resources which reflect clients' needs in an ever changing world.
Our programs are solution focused psycho-education.
Our programs focus on the delivery of solutions which means that we have a deep knowledge of the true physical, chemical, psycho-physiological and endocrinological sciences which contribute to the development, perpetuation and removal of all disordered emotional responses. We not only show you how to erase anxiety symptoms, but we also show you how to remove the core disorder at its source - for good.
IS THE PROGRAM EFFECTIVE?
The proof is, as always, in the outcomes. Whilst other practices measure efficacy data in terms of attendance, we only measure curative outcomes.
Many 'evidence based' practices are deceptive in the presentation of evidence providing statistics which are presented as recovery efficacy but are actually, only, based on attendance rates.
NHS specified testing of our psycho-educational program returned data confirming 100% efficacy. This matches the confirmed science and historic experiences and data collected since 1997.
Our unique provisions should be the primary treatment pathway for all people of all ages experiencing any disordered emotional responses but should also be in place to recognise those predisposed to suffering, to prevent activation of disorder, to remove existing conditions but to also provide a framework for life-practice. Our programs instruct on life practices that are just 'a great way to live your life".
Our programs were subjected to a study carried out which found that implementation alone would save the economy £billions and that its inherent efficacy would change the face of mental health services; not to mention, save and change millions of lives.
